A nostalgic snapshot of all the pretty and practical items that find a place in our sewing craft, this exquisite quilt is Queen size (approx 79" x 89").
Designed in collaboration by Lesley McConnell and Kate Morris, and made with glorious fabrics from Japanese company Lecien, "Vintage Haberdashery" features a variety of techniques, including dimensional applique, naive applique, embroidery, basic ribbonwork, cutwork and more. You will be challenged and excited by the journey as you fashion each block, then put them all together to form the quilt. Framed by a subtle and delicate scalloped border, with paper-pieced Dresden plate cornerstones, the quilt speaks of all things precious to us in our craft.
