Project #3: Victoria's Block Album, pictured opposite and below.  This project was posted ot to our members in April.  What a lovely way to store your blocks as you make them for your next quilt!  With embroidered front, pockets for storage inside, and flaps to hold your blocks in place, this project is a beautiful gift for a quilting friend, or a treasure for yourself!

Project #2: Kensington Travel Pack and Heat Bag is pictured below.  This project was posted out in March to our club members.  An elegant toileteries bag and matching heat pack with straps that fasten with velcro was our "man's gift" project.  Also suitable for a sophisticated lady!

Project #1: Penelope's Embroidered Pillowcase.  Pictured below is the first of our projects for 2012 ~ a sweet and feminine project for a special lady or young girl.  Extra fabrics are available if you wish to make a second pillowcase, fabric stocks permitting.

The exquisite fabrics pictured below are part of one of the mystery gift projects that will be sent out to our  members in 2012.  Club members will receive this collection of 13 different items made from this one panel, as just one of their projects towards the end of the year.  Non-club members will be able to purchase the project made from the fabric pictured, at the non-club price (probably around $99 for the kit), towards the end of the year when it is released into our general product range, fabric stocks permitting.

*Gift of the Month* Club is a wonderful programme of first release designs sent out as projects to make for yourself or your loved ones.  The premium project for new members in 2012 will be the "Precious Memories" large keepsake box pictured below.   The kit for this project (pattern and fabric) is priced at $89 to non-members, so you can see what good value this club is!   

Renewing members will receive a brand new mystery project because they will have already received the keepsake box in 2011.  New members can choose to receive the mystery one instead of the keepsake box if they prefer.  This is the only project planned to be repeated in 2012.  All others are brand new, first release designs for our members.

Each month, over a ten month period, starting in the third or fourth week in February of each year, and continuing for the next nine months after that, in the third or fourth week fo the month, we send out a new mystery gift project for you to make.  Price includes fabric and pattern.  Threads and embelishments are extra.  Please let us know if you would like us to automatically send you the threads and embellishments for all the projects.  Price of these extras varies from month to month, and could range anywhere from $0 - $30 or $40, with an average around $15.  If you prefer, you can assess whether or not you would like these extras when you receive your project each month, and then let us know if you want them for any particular project.  Let us know through the Comments column when you order, if you would like automatic inclusion of Threads and Embellishments for the whole 10 months.

SPECIAL ANNOUNCEMENT:  Club members will receive TWO PREMIUM PROJECTS in 2012.  A premium project is a special design valued at much more than the club price.  In the past, members have received one premium project, and this is usually sent out in the middle of the year.  In 2012, in addition to the usual Premium Project, we will be sending you a second one as your very last project for the year.  We are hoping that you will put it under the tree as a special Christmas gift to yourself.  Open it on Christmas Day for a lovely surprise!
