This lovely range of fabrics, called "Vintage Violets" has been waiting for just the right design ~ and what better than our favourite romantic design "Sweet Valentine"? Featuring embroidered and appliqued blocks, each one individually exploring an aspect of the theme of young love, this quilt is a beautiful gift for a wedding, engagement or anniversary, or just as a quilt to keep for yourself.

Exquisite embroidery by Colleen, and beautiful quilting by Tricia Simpson, show this design off to great advantage. You, too can experience the pleasure of making and owning a lovely quilt like this! The stitches are very basic, and the pattern easy to follow.
